 Photos/slides- submit 4 photos/slides. One must clearly depict your display and 3 must show a clear representation of art to be displayed. The jury committee will not be responsible for improper or excessive photos/slides. Decisions of the judges are final. Each photo/slide must be clearly marked with the applicant’s name.

 Eligibility- Exhibitors must make application individually. Only exhibitor displaying their own original works as stipulated in the appropriate rules may participate. No stand-in or proxy exhibitor will be permitted to display.

 Fees- each application must be accompanied by a $50 check payable to Arts in the Park. $45 will be refunded if the exhibitor is not accepted.
 

 Return envelope- A stamped, self-addressed business size envelope must be sent with your application. The envelope will be returned to you in response to the jury/application process. They jury committee will not be responsible for responding in any manner to any applicant who fails to provide a return envelope with proper address and postage.

 Acknowledgement: I hereby and forever discharge, release and hold harmless Arts in the Park, Inc., and the City of Danville, Il and their agents of and from any loss or damage to my person or property while in the possession or under the supervision of Arts in the Park, Inc or the City of Danville, IL. I hereby consent to the enforcement of all the rules and instructions of Arts in the Park, as set out in any and all letters of announcements and instructions.

 General Release: by signing below, applicant hereby certifies that he/she has read and accepts the conditions of the above acknowledgement. Applicant further certifies that all information provided is true and correct. Applicant agrees to allow Arts in the Park, Inc. the use of their names and description of work for publicity purposes.
